Returns Policy

My Promise to You

Your prints are created especially for you! In the unlikely even that there is a problem with the quality of your decals or prints, we will of course put it right as soon as possible. As is published elsewhere on the website, colour matching is not an exact science when matching paint to print. Colours will look different depending on the lighting, the type of paint (eg. metallic) and the type of material (and the seal) used on the printed item. Colours are usually as accurate as possible. However, it is understood that sometimes colours can shift slightly due to a number of reasons during production. Rectification will of course be checked and honoured if this has been the case. Please note, we are unable to print metallic effect finishes.

If there is a problem with your order, firstly, please let me know, I would like the opportunity to put it right. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, unfortunately, once printed, generally orders cannot be refunded, there has been considerable cost in creating them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unstuck! You’ll also need the order number (issued when you placed your order).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on many of our products as they have been created especially for you and at considerable cost. The only items held in stock, are a few smaller items. In the very rare occasions of a customer ‘changing his/her mind’ I have offered to help by selling via Social Media, but I cannot be held responsible for not selling on your unwanted product.


Please contact me to see if your product can be exchanged. Items held in stock can usually be exchanged.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to the same replacement as UK customers, but in line with the same guidelines as above. You’ll also need the order number. VAT is not charged on items sold to customers in the UK. No other taxes are added to international orders. However, I have no control over customs and import taxes in the country of receipt. Any import duties must be paid for by the recipient and are not the responsibility of


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
