Shipping policy
Once an order is received, it is processed for shipping and usually posted/couriered the next working day, for delivery usually the next working day (for UK orders) or within 3 - 7 working days for international orders. If applicable, tracking information will be sent via email, for the customer to track delivery progress themselves. Shipping companies used are Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx and DHL. Orders can of course be collected at no cost to the customer.
