Silver Birch

The 'metallic' boughs of this Silver Birch rise up to the forest canopy like church organ pipes, moist with dew on an overcast morning in Dunkeld, Scotland. I was delighted that this image was voted 'best of the workshop' by landscape photographer Colin Prior following one of his workshop weekends in October 2015. I have this printed onto borderless aluminium, at about A2, and it looks stunning!
